Laramie County Fire District #2 exists to protect life, home, and property by providing fire suppression, rescue, medical assistance, and public education with proficient, well trained, caring, and compassionate personnel with pride, honor, and integrity.

Central Whidbey Island Fire & Rescue and Laramie County Fire District #2 both share similar staffing models, operational practices, and philosophy.   Therefore, a sister district relationship has been established to promote and expand the mutually beneficial cooperation as well as to exchange ideas and best practices including professional development of staff.
