The Explorer Program is a vocationally oriented division of the Boy Scouts of America that is open to young people ages 14-21, interested in exploring future career opportunities.

The fire district provides a meeting place and the skilled advisors to mentor young people interested in fire and medical careers.

Explorer’s will receive the resources, tools and training to help develop, grow and enhance skills required to become a first responder. Through classroom sessions, manipulative drills, and a ride-along program, members have been encouraged and guided towards their personal goals.

Adult advisors donate their time to teach and help the members obtain all goals and objectives set forth by them.
