From August 23 to 25th, Laramie County Fire District#2 partnered with Loveland Fire Rescue to bring experts from around the U.S. to the Rocky Mountain Region for three days of intense training in Heavy Rescue Extrication, Fire Dynamics, Rope Rescue, and Truck Operations.

In 2017, Laramie County Fire District#2 partnered with Loveland Fire Rescue to bring experts from around the U.S. to the Rocky Mountain Region for three days of intense training in extrication, leadership, USAR methods and modern advancements of fire science and technology.  Participants chose from four tracks: Ron Moore Extrication University, Leadership Development, Modern Truck Company Operations, and Applying Science to the Fire Ground.
